Most companies don’t lack ambition — they lack systems that fit how they actually work. We engineer those systems, put them directly in your team’s hands, and keep them running.
What we do
Platform, one-off build or physical equipment — the method does not change. Understand the process as it actually runs, then build only what that process needs, and stay with it afterwards.
We start from your process, not from a template. The result fits the business instead of asking the business to change shape.
Where a problem is common to a whole industry, we productise it. Innovetic TeamConnect is the first — set up in a day, nothing to maintain.
We design and manufacture hardware for medical and radiology departments — built for the room it goes into and the people who use it every day.
GPS and photo verification on the phones your team already carries, with live dashboards and exports for whoever needs the proof.
Our work
Field team intelligence for hospitals, labs and clinics
Product · liveA custom field-sales platform, built for one company
Custom buildDesigned and manufactured for clinical departments
HardwareA tailoring department taken off the register
Custom buildAppointments and custom prescriptions for a consultant's practice
Custom buildHospitals, pathology labs, diagnostic centres, IVF clinics — anywhere a PRO is sent out to grow referrals, the same thing happens. Once they leave the office, the day goes dark. Did the visit happen? Which doctors are we no longer meeting? Which areas are we leaving uncovered? Innovetic TeamConnect answers all three, with photo and GPS-verified visits in one dashboard.
Open it after the day ends and you have the whole picture — no calling around, no chasing registers.
The relationships your organisation runs on, held by the organisation — not carried out of the door when someone resigns.
Each visit carries a location, a photo and a timestamp — so a completed visit means a completed visit.
The full day drawn on a map — where they started, where they went, and how long each doctor got.
Built for field use
Most systems fail because they are tedious for the people in the field. TeamConnect is effortless — and it makes the PRO's job easier, not heavier.
In person or telephonic, a visit is logged in seconds. The record is the report — nothing to write up later.
Doctors within 200 metres of the rep surface automatically, with distance shown, so a full territory gets covered without planning it.
It runs on the phone your team already carries. No devices to buy, no training day, no new hardware to manage.
On your data
Each organisation's data is completely separate. No other centre can see it, no PRO can carry it out of the door, and Innovetic does not use it for anything except running your system.
The return
The company was running its field operations on a spreadsheet-based prototype. There was no way to verify a visit, no real-time view for management, and hours lost every week to manual reporting.
We designed and built AMS Connect, a browser-based platform that works on any phone or computer with nothing to install. Real visits are captured by location and time rather than typed in, so leadership gets a truthful picture of field activity. Live dashboards track pipeline, collections and outstanding, with figures that update as the work happens, and role-based access means every user sees exactly what they should.
Because it runs in the browser, the platform scales with the team at no per-user cost. Innovetic designed, built and continues to support it.
Discuss a custom buildInnovetic designs and manufactures hardware used in medical and radiology departments. The same principle applies as to the software: it is built for the room it goes into, and for the people handling it through a full shift.
Dimensions, materials and handling are worked out against the actual department — the space available, the workflow around it, and what has to be cleaned.
Production is run to requirement rather than to a catalogue, so a department is not paying for a standard item that half fits.
Equipment in a radiology department is handled constantly. It is built to hold up to that, not to look right in a brochure.
Selected custom builds
Not every problem needs a platform. Some need one department taken off paper and put somewhere it can be seen.
A boutique was running its tailoring department on a register and a series of phone calls. We built a system that holds every order in one place — what has come in, whose hands it is in, what stage it has reached and when it is due out.
Nothing is looked up by shouting across the workroom, and nothing gets promised twice.
Built for a renowned consultant's practice: patient appointment management alongside a custom prescription and investigation requisition system, shaped around how this doctor writes and what this practice orders.
The consultation ends with the paperwork already done, in the format the patient and the laboratory both expect.
About Innovetic
Innovetic is a software studio in Nashik, Maharashtra, building tools for Indian businesses that still run on registers, WhatsApp messages and end-of-day phone calls.
The studio was founded in 2025, but the ground it works on goes back much further — two decades in healthcare equipment and consumables sales and distribution, spent alongside the field teams, hospitals, laboratories and distributors these systems are now built for. That is why Innovetic TeamConnect exists: it was designed from the inside of the problem, not from a requirements document.
Today that spans a live product, custom systems in daily use, and hardware for medical and radiology departments. We take on a small number of projects at a time, so each one gets proper attention.
